MCCC is requesting a zero-increase renewal of its Maintenance and Improvement Millage for five more years. The renewal will allow the college to implement Phase 3 of vital improvements to infrastructure and facilities that are vital for the college to remain competitive and ensure an excellent environment for student service and learning, safety, accessibility and efficiency.
